With over twenty years in the restaurant business, Jen Carter developed a passion for great food and wine at an early age. She studied wine at UCLA and at emersion programs in Napa, Somoma and Oregon. Jen became a certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2007.
Jen has worked as a Beverage Manager and Sommelier at some of the finest restaurants and wine bars in Los Angeles (Rockenwagner, Michael's, Saddle Peak Lodge, Sonoma Wine Garden, Vino Wine Room) and San Francisco (Farallon, Hidden Vine, Nectar Wine Lounge).
Jen is also a certified Events Coordinator from Saddleback College and UCLA
